Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Introduction

IndieDigi ("we," "our," or "us") is a digital communications studio based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are the controller of the personal information described here. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit indiedigi.com or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit a contact or project request form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message. If you become a client, we also process the information needed to deliver and bill for the work.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers record standard technical data when you load the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, primarily to keep the site available and secure. When you submit a form, we run an anti-spam check that processes limited technical signals to tell humans from bots.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not currently run website analytics. See our Cookie Notice for the specifics.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website, including preventing spam and abuse.
  • To send you service messages, and, where you have asked to hear from us, occasional updates or newsletters.
  • To meet our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: your consent, our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, performance of a contract with you, and compliance with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it, and when required by law.

The providers we rely on include:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, bot protection, and the Turnstile spam check on our forms.
  • Fernand to receive, manage, and respond to your support and contact requests.
  • Resend to deliver transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing email.
  • Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which serve fonts and front-end assets and therefore receive your IP address when the page loads.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of IndieDigi, our clients, or others.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and several of our providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to answer your inquiry, to provide services, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If the GDPR or California law (CCPA and CPRA) applies to you, those rights include not being discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children's Privacy

The site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
