How support works

One clear support lane.

Every request goes through one written lane. I confirm receipt, ask for anything missing, say whether it fits the block or needs a quote, and reply with what changed and what I checked.

Can you migrate an existing site?
Yes. Moving an existing site onto a faster, lower-maintenance stack is one of the most common ways projects start.
Do I own my site?
Always. Your domain, code, content, and accounts stay in your name, with a clean handoff if we ever part ways.
Do you guarantee uptime?
Hosting runs on the Cloudflare network, which is fast and resilient. I monitor it and respond quickly. No one can promise perfect uptime, and I will not pretend otherwise.
